Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must include all original accessories and documentation
- Items must not be damaged or altered
Note: Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Items that have been installed or used
- Items that are custom-made or personalized
- Items that are damaged due to customer misuse
- Electronic items that have been opened
- Items marked as "final sale"
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Request a Return
Log in to your account and navigate to the "Order History" section. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click "Request Return." Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team at returns@bbmart.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once we receive your return request, we will review it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number via email. This email will include detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Package Your Item
Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship Your Item
Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the package for its full value. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Full refunds will be issued for items that are defective, damaged, or if we made an error in your order
- Full refunds will be issued for unused items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Restocking fees may apply to certain items (typically 15% of the purchase price)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error
- International orders may be subject to additional processing fees
Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company additional time to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow these steps:
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Specify that you would like an exchange in your return request
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the replacement item to you
- You will only be charged for any price difference between the items, plus any additional shipping costs if applicable
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@bbmart.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

- Your order number
- Photos of the defective or damaged item
- A detailed description of the issue

How long do I have to return an item?
